The “School Sports Ground” project is aimed at promoting and creating sustainable motivation for healthy image life among children, adolescents and youth of the village of 40 Let Oktyabrya OJSC in the city of Omsk by involving them in systematic physical education and sports through the equipment of a sports ground on the school grounds of Secondary Educational School No. 141.The project will be implemented in the following directions:
1. Equipment for a sports ground on the territory of the institution (land improvement, foundation preparation, cleanup work, installation of equipment).
At this stage, accessible and high-quality conditions will be created for organizing systematic physical education and sports classes on the territory of the institution.
2. Conducting systematic physical education and sports classes for children, adolescents and young people with the involvement of their parents.
Systematic physical education and sports classes will be organized throughout the school year for students of primary, secondary, and senior classes and their parents during class and extracurricular hours using sports ground equipment under the guidance of experienced teachers. The events will involve: 29 classes (726 people) and 50 parents.
During the autumn and spring holidays, sports sessions will be held for students (4 groups of 25 people).
Regular physical education and sports during school hours, after school hours and during vacations are designed to enhance the spiritual, moral and physical education of the younger generation, to instill in them useful skills, and to unite them through sports.
3. Conducting mass sports and recreational events, such as sports relay races, competitions with the participation of students and their parents.
Mass events will make it possible to implement the principle of sports, accessible to everyone, regardless of their type of activity, age and abilities; develop family sports where students and parents will practice and participate together, united common goals and ideas; organize active and healthy leisure; formulate health as one of the main values.
Within the framework of the project, 3 events will be held with the participation of 400 people.
4. A comprehensive information campaign will be held to promote the project and promote a healthy lifestyle with the support of the media.
The information campaign of the project to promote and popularize a healthy lifestyle will increase the number of people involved in physical education and sports, which will contribute to more harmonious development the younger generation, providing wide and varied opportunities for their socialization.
Thus, the implementation of the project will make it possible to improve physical culture and health work by creating favorable conditions for the full physical development and health of students and their parents, conducting effective recreational leisure, developing and strengthening family values, as well as intensifying the activities of the educational institution in the field of physical culture and sports.

Justification of social significance
According to information on the state of neglect and juvenile delinquency in the city of Omsk, as of January 1, 2018, the highest specific gravity Crimes committed by minors of the total number of crimes observed in the village of 40 Let Oktyabrya, Oktyabrsky Autonomous Okrug - 5%.Homelessness, problems of self-realization, smoking, crime, alcoholism and drug addiction among the younger generation, especially those brought up in dysfunctional and low-income families, are even more acute in the village, since more than half of the families in the village of 40 Let Oktyabrya are low-income. That is why today it is important to protect the younger generation from the harmful influence of the streets and to form in them moral resistance to difficult situations by means of sports.
Despite the fact that the City Administration devotes great attention development of sports and health improvement, favorable conditions are created for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in the city, modern sports facilities are located far from the village of 40 Let Oktyabrya. Due to the remoteness of sports facilities from their place of residence, many parents cannot create favorable conditions for the full physical development and health of their children, and some children and adolescents remain unoccupied during off-hours, which becomes the reason for them committing crimes.
It is also worth noting that due to employment, especially in single-parent and low-income families, parents spend very little time in quality communication with their children. This reduces parental control and influence over children. Therefore, it is important to involve not only children, but also parents in regular activities, to create conditions for joint systematic sports, which will bring them closer and strengthen family ties.
The optimal solution to this problem is to install a sports and recreational area, which is one of the effective and popular forms of organizing free time for the younger generation.
The organization of sports grounds allows you to create full-fledged conditions for physical education and sports different age groups students and their parents, promotes their involvement in sports, promotion of a healthy lifestyle and is an effective form of prevention of neglect and bad habits among young people.
