Local approved regulations and organizational and administrative documents regulating the security of personal data. 4. Employees of PJSC Fortum who directly process personal data are familiar with specified documents and provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, requirements for the protection of personal data, as well as liability for disclosure of personal data, violation of the procedure for handling documents containing such data, and other unlawful actions in relation to personal data. 5. A model of threats to the security of personal data of PJSC Fortum has been developed and approved, including the characteristics of possible violators. 6. Responsibilities:1. Provides the Company’s ongoing investment projects with equipment, materials and related services, within the entrusted nomenclature group of equipment, in full in accordance with production needs and Project schedules;
2. Processes and prepares for publication requests for technical and commercial proposals for the supply of equipment, materials and related services, within the entrusted nomenclature group of equipment, planned for purchase as part of the implementation of investment projects on the basis of an approved application and technical specifications;

Selects suppliers of equipment, materials, and related services, within the entrusted nomenclature group of equipment, to be purchased as part of the implementation of investment projects on the basis of an approved application and Technical Specifications in accordance with approved regulatory documents; as well as equipment, materials and related services to be purchased within the framework of operational projects, the procurement of which is within the purview of the PIZ in accordance with the DZ Responsibility Division Matrix;
6. Administers concluded contracts and ensures, within the boundaries of the department’s responsibility, proper fulfillment by the supplier of contractual obligations in terms of quantity, completeness and delivery time, availability technical documentation, proper execution of shipping and shipping documents, packaging, labeling and insurance, organization of inspection and factory testing, organization of acceptance, delivery, installation, adjustment, testing, commissioning of equipment supplied to the Company’s facilities, training of local personnel, fulfillment of warranty obligations, control of implementation payments for supplied equipment and materials and services;

Basic information
PJSC Fortum is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of thermal and electrical energy in the Urals and Western Siberia.
The Fortum structure includes eight thermal power plants. Five of them are in the Chelyabinsk region, three are in the Tyumen region, including the Nyagan State District Power Plant (Nyagan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) - one of the largest and most modern thermal power plants in Russia.
Fortum is also developing renewable generation sources in Russia. The company has completed investment project for the construction of the first industrial wind power plant with a capacity of 35 MW in the Ulyanovsk region.
In January 2018, the wind farm began its work on the wholesale electricity and capacity market.
At the end of 2017, the company announced the acquisition of three solar power plants with a total capacity of 35 MW. Pleshanovskaya (10 MW) and Grachevskaya (10 MW) solar power plants are located in Orenburg region, Bugulchanskaya SPP (15 MW) is located in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The total electrical power capacity of Fortum generating facilities as of 02/01/2019 is 4,928 MW. The total thermal energy capacity of the company's power plants is 8,437 MW.
In the business structure of Fortum Corporation, the Russia division includes PJSC Fortum and the participation of Fortum Corporation in PJSC TGC-1 (29.5%).
Brief history
The history of PJSC Fortum reflects the stages of reform of the Russian electric power industry. OJSC TGK-10 (former name of the company) was one of fourteen territorial generating companies separated from RAO UES of Russia.
In March 2008, the Finnish energy corporation Fortum, which is the third largest foreign investor in the Russian electric power industry, became a strategic partner and owner of OJSC TGC-10.
April 2009 State registration changes made to constituent documents OJSC "TGC-10". In accordance with them, OJSC TGC-10 was renamed OJSC Fortum.
On October 21, 2010, JSC Fortum was among the first energy companies in Russia to exercise the right to sign a Capacity Supply Agreement (CSA). The company confirmed its obligations to the state to build and commission 2,360 MW of new capacity in the Tyumen and Chelyabinsk regions in the period 2011-2014.
February 1, 2011. Power unit No. 2 of the PGU of the Tyumen CHPP-1 with an electrical capacity of 190 MW and a thermal capacity of 220 Gcal/h was put into commercial operation.
June 7, 2011. Power unit No. 3 of the Chelyabinsk CHPP-3 PGU with an electrical capacity of 216.3 MW and a thermal capacity of 122 Gcal/h was put into commercial operation.
October 3, 2011. The K-110 attached turbine was put into commercial operation at the Tobolsk CHPP with an electrical capacity of 213 MW.
